Nickle Arts Museum - The Nickle is one of the best exhibitions among Canadian Universities and you can get in free!
Art Exhibitions - Throughout the year, the Department of Art hosts a variety of displays for you to check out and participate in.
Musical Performances - From Jazz to Celebrity and Classical, you can experience good music all year round.
Theatre - Another season of plays approaches, so make sure you are up to date on the schedule!
Dinos - Celebrating their 40th, Dinos are our proud U of C athletes. There are a lot of teams, events, and opportunities- check it out.
Intramurals - For those looking to just play some sports, join in the Intramurals!
Campus Recreation - Wallclimbing to Tracks, Weightlifting to Wallclimbing, Campus Rec has it all. For students, most of it is free!
UofCZine - The Zine is U of C's e-magazine by students for students. It will help to keep you informed and connected to your U Life.
The Gauntlet - Student Newspaper at it's finest. It drops every Thursday during the Fall and Winter semester.
CJSW - Tune in to 90.9 to experience the very popular campus radio station.
NUTV - Student run television! It is broadcast on the Universities closed circuit T.V.'s.
Exchange Programs - The U of C carries out exchanges programs with over 75 universities in 25 countries- travel for your degree!
Term Abroad - Spend a semester in another country taking U of C courses taught by U of C Profs.
Credit Travel Study - This allows you to take shorter, focused programs that involve travelling to your actual field work.
A new phenomenal service has become available for students. The Undergraduate Research Portal. With this tool, professors seeking research assistants and students seeking to do research can link up and become easily and quickly connected. You can access it through the myUofC portal!
Movies - Each Monday in Science Theatres 148 U of C students can take in a movie for free! Guests are $2. Now that is great value.
Concerts - MacHall is one of the best venues in Calgary and sees a lot of great talent. Check out the upcoming shows.
Campus Cove - Arcade, Pool, and Slurpies, what more can we say? You find it on the lower level of MacEwan Student Centre.
University of Calgary Leadership Program - Build your leadership skills with a series of sessions about Communication, Presentation, Values, Community, and Leadership.
U of C 101 - Each year U of C 101 runs the orientation for new students and has about 200 volunteers! You could be one- watch for the posters.
Students' Union Clubs - There are over 150 Clubs sanctioned by the SU, which means there is something for everyone!
Volunteer Services - The SUVS office brings together volunteer opportunities from all around the city and campus. Find your niche!
