The Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary is a progressive and innovative business school with an international reputation for influencing the practice of management and leadership through quality teaching and research.

Where do I get advising?

Students can contact an advisor who can provide help on admission and graduation criteria as well as course and program information. Advisors are found at Scurfield Hall 351, across the hall from the Career Centre, and can be contacted at 403.220.6593. Appointments are on a drop-in basis from 9:30 - 12:00 and 1:30 - 4:00 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The office is also open from 1:30 - 4:00 on Wednesdays.

Programs

The business school offers a full range of degree programs including: Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Hotel and Resort Management with specializations including: Accounting, Business Process Management, Entrepreneurship, Finance, General, Information Systems, International Business, Marketing, Organizations and Human Resources, Operations Management, Petroleum Land Management, Risk Management and Insurance, Tourism, and Transportation. The School also offers a variety of non-degree Executive Education programs and services to corporate clients and working professionals, both in Calgary and internationally

Collaborative

The Haskayne School of Business offers four combined degree programs including the Bachelor of Commerce / Science in Actuarial Science or Computer Science, the Bachelor of Commerce / Art in the Faculty of Humanities, the Bachelor of Commerce / Art or Science in the Faculty of Social Science, and the Bachelor of Commerce / Kinesiology with the Faculty of Kinesiology.

Graduate

The Master of Business Administration (MBA); Alberta/Haskayne Executive MBA (offered jointly with the University of Alberta), the NPC Executive MBA in Iran, and Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Development in Quito, Ecuador are offered in conjunction with the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
