Buzzard Coulee fireball recovered

The remains of a 10-tonne asteroid that exploded in the sky near the Alberta/ Saskatchewan border on Nov.20 have been located by University of Calgary researchers in a rural area near the city of Lloydminster.

University of Calgary creates new mental health centre

The Faculty of Medicine at the University of Calgary has announced the creation of a new centre, solely devoted to mental health research and education.

SU seeks student input for housing study

A survey to assess the housing needs of students in Calgary is part of a U of C Students’ Union study to determine if the provision of affordable housing to Calgary’s post-secondary students through a dedicated inter-institutional residence is feasible.
