English for Academic Purposes (EAP) is a program that prepares students to reach the English language requirements at the University of Calgary. For almost all of our undergraduate programs, the EAP program can be taken in lieu of other language tests such as TOEFL or IELTS. For more information, click here: EAP

English as a Second Language (ESL) Continuing Education
English language studies programs through ESL Continuing Education are tailored to international students who are interested in focused short-term language studies (not necessarily to pursue academic studies at the U of C).
